Who am I?
Hi, I’m Eden. I am an LPC-Associate currently being supervised by Josh Kellar, LMFT-S, LPC-S. I believe the best therapy comes from a balance of professional expertise and simply being human together. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me reading a good book, watching a good movie, or spending time with my loved ones and my dogs.
I believe everyone deserves the chance to feel understood, connected, and supported — especially in their closest relationships. That’s why I started Fighting Chance Therapy, to give couples and individuals a safe place to work through the hard stuff and find hope on the other side.
You don’t have to keep going through this alone. Let’s figure it out — together.
My Approach
I know therapy can feel intimidating, which is why I focus on making the process feel comfortable, approachable, and real. You won’t find a cold, clinical space here — instead, you’ll find genuine conversations, tools you can actually use, and a therapist who’s fully invested in your growth.
With couples, I draw from the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy — two of the most effective, research-backed approaches to rebuilding trust, communication, and connection.
With individuals, I use a strength-based, person-centered, and attachment-focused approach, helping you better understand yourself, build resilience, and create healthier relationships.
